To help your candle burn beautifully and safely, follow these simple care tips.

Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5 mm.
A properly trimmed wick helps your candle burn evenly, reduces soot, and creates a cleaner, steadier flame.
Let the Wax Melt Evenly
The first burn is the most important.
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container before extinguishing the flame. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.
Keep Away from Drafts
Burn your candle away from open windows, fans, or air vents.
Moving air can cause the flame to flicker, leading to uneven burning and excess soot.
Burn for Up to 2 Hours
For best performance, burn your candle for no more than 2 hours at a time.
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Safety
- Never leave the candle unattended.
- Keep away from open windows, fans, air vents and flammable materials.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep at least 10 cm distance between candles.
- Do not burn if the jar is cracked or damaged.
- Never move a burning candle.
- Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings, or other debris.
- Stop burning when 1 cm of wax remains.
