Once we receive your request, we'll confirm:

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated.

Free local delivery within Turku.
Free shipping on orders over €99.
For orders under €99 and international orders, shipping costs are confirmed before payment.

Processing times may vary depending on the number of orders and the handmade nature of our products.

Every candle is handmade.

Because of this, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, or finish are natural and make each candle unique.

These variations are not considered defects.

Candles should always be burned responsibly.

Please follow the Candle Care Guide included with your order and available on our website.

Lit by Moon Candles is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.

Because our candles are handmade and made to order, returns and exchanges may not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Lit by Moon Candles cannot be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper candle use.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
