Yes! Every Lit by Moon Candle is handmade in small batches in Turku, Finland. Because each candle is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of what makes every piece unique.

Our candles are made using natural soy wax and/or gel wax, depending on the design. The materials used for each candle are listed in the product description.

We love soy wax because it's a natural, plant-based wax that burns cleaner and produces less soot than many traditional paraffin candles. It also provides a longer, more even burn when properly cared for.

For some designs, we combine soy wax with gel wax to achieve decorative effects that aren't possible with soy wax alone.

No. All of our candles are unscented. We believe they should bring warmth and beauty to your home without overpowering your space.

Our candles are handcrafted to be enjoyed as decorative pieces and can also be burned. Due to their unique shapes, decorative candles may drip wax while burning, so we recommend placing them on a heat-resistant tray or candle plate.
